AVOID FOLLOWING THE CROWD
Exodus 23:2
“Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd,
We are living in a society where people are following the crowd in every spectrum of life instead of God. Believing the majority carries the votes. But we don’t vote for what is right before God, it is decision-making. And the decision is a personal act of conscience. So, God warned the children of Israel about the notion of following the crowd, before entering the promised land.
This year take stands for yourself and be yourself with God instead of the crowd. You were born alone, succeed or fail alone, die alone, the crowd will bury you alone, stay in the grave alone, and stand before God one day alone. Be careful to follow the crowd for they are wrong most of the time in the sight of God. Amen.
